Staff were snoody, doctor was mean across two different appointments, they didn't even get my family's bill right and called us later to tell us that. Just felt like an expensive scam. Got my exam out of it at least but I'd recommend going anywhere else. I've been to lens crafters before that were a better experience.

Great visit! Always a pleasant time when I come in to this location for my exams. Everyone was very nice and walked me through every step. Everyone was outstanding but I would like to highlight Noemi! I got contacts for the first time and she took the time (40 min) to literally train me on how to use them. I'm sure this is protocol but her patience during the process was astronomical. Thank you all!!

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly, and double checked to make sure my prescription was correct as one eye had a significant change. Compared to the previous private practice office and doctor I went to before, there were a couple more tests and more thoroughness of the eye exam. It was appreciated and it made me feel I was getting the best service. They also were very clean and careful with regards to Covid. I felt very comfortable being in the office.

I really like this small office. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. I've been coming here for 5 years and see the same friendly faces so there is minimal staff turn over. The doctor is very personable. I am grateful it's so close to my home as it's a great place to update my eye prescription and get great glasses.
