Drs. Murray, Shin & Associates

Don't buy glasses from them they do not stand behind their work. I got a prescription from Dr. Murray that was supposed to resolve the headaches that I was getting with bifocals. I purchased two pairs of prescription glasses one of them sunglasses for over $1000 from this company and there was no improvement in my vision or the headaches. They wouldn't remake them for me because they said the prescription was correct and I just needed to "suck it up" and get used to them. If I tried to use them when I was driving or flying, which is the main reason I got them I can't wear them for five minutes. Not only have I wasted over $1000 in glasses that I can't wear I still have not resolved the vision problems I'm having. I was unable to pass my FAA vision test which is less than five minutes because the prescription is not correct. The frustrating thing is my correction it's only .75 and one eye and .5 in another so we're not talking about major vision correction needed here.

Overall, excellent service and products. Dr. Shin is very responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. Ann is very helpful with scheduling, and other staff for fitting and basic eye tests are always friendly. We also worked with Dr. Murray when our son had issues in school which turned out to be extreme light sensitivity. Dr. Murray helped us understand the issue and support our child's needs. We have used Murray & Shin for several years now and are very satisfied.

Very nice people in there :) Ask for Mary, She was so patient and down to earth. My 8 year was having that "kid in candy store" experience in this optometric shop :). Mary was very patient to us and answered all our questions. All of them follow - the covid-19 rules and regulations. They did wipe all the trial spectacles, Place is also clean.

Dr. Shin is terrific, as his entire staff. Courteous and kind and a pleasure to work with. Have been coming here for the last few years and will continue to do so.
