**First Time client** All the staff were Fast & Efficient and nice! Dr. Tran was super Informative and very helpful in the referral I needed. Would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

I'm a new customer here and I only started coming here because I shop at most of the stores in this plaza(Gould Plaza) sadly I've decided to no longer give them my business. The lady Doctor who did my eye exam was super nice. The rest of the staff however needs lots of work in the service department. They are cold and unfriendly and downright neglectful. The first time I picked up a pair of glasses, the clerk simply put them on the counter and went back to her station. No "thanks" or "how do they fit" or anything. Most other Optometrists I've been too, take out the time to sit you down and have you try them out to make sure everything is ok. The second time I picked up glasses, the staff was once again unfriendly. Once again they place my glasses on the counter but this time without even it's protective Case. When I asked for the case, they gave me the wrong one. Way to small. They didn't even care to make sure it fit. I've had enough. There's so many Optometrist out there, lots of competition. I'm also wondering if my ethnicity is the reason they are this way. They seem to only hire Asian people and most of the patrons are Asian. I hope this isn't a Discrimination issue against non Asian people.

Fantastic service! I had arrived a bit too early for my appointment and they still took me in as soon as possible, I ended up finishing before my original appointment time was supposed to begin, on a weekday. Really appreciate how helpful everyone was!

The staff are friendly and polite, Office is nice and clean, there are no waiting time on the appointment. The Doctor is taking her time to listen and to perform her examination. Explain very well about my condition. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Kari Tran and her staffs are very professional and nice. Dr. Tran very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what she was doing and why during my visit. One staff was helpful in helping me to select frames and lenses within my budget. The technician did all my eye exams carefully. Thank you all for your great service.
