if I can give zero stars I would. Here is how evergreen eyecare got caught scamming. My wife came in to get an eye check up for new prescriptions and walked out of the appointment with $400 pair of glasses through insurance. I told her that it was way too much to have been through insurance. mind you, we called the office 15 minutes after she had purchased the glasses and walked out the door and tried to cancel the order for the $400 glasses, but they said that they had submitted it and it was too late nothing we can do. Well, the glasses came in and called to say that it was ready for pick up, but I called and said that we refuse to pick up the glasses because we are being overcharged. The optometrist, the gentleman said that we should've told them sooner. I said we called 15 minutes after my wife walked out the door. How was that not soon enough? He said it was too late, and to call VSP to see if we can refund and hung up the phone on me in the most frustrated way possible. How ironic, him telling us to call vsp to see if we can refund the glasses Definitely bit him in the butt. And so she called VSP insurance and they said that my wife should've only paid $238 out of pocket. we have been in contact with the insurance and they have been trying to get a hold of this optometrist to no success. They are dodging the insurance phone number to dispute this and have not gone back to them. The insurance has even gone so far as sending us a letter letting us know that they are trying to deal with this. I told him over the phone that if they don't give us back her money for the scam I was going to blow them up over social media so here is my post. Hope your scamming brings sweet karma one day.

I bought a pair of color-changing lens glasses from Dr. Tran. When I started using it, I found tha t one of the lense fell off and I sent it back for repair. A few days after the lens was retrieved, the lens fell off again. I sent it back for repair again. After retrieving it and using it, it was found that the color-changing paint had deteriorated, the lenses had become stained, and the glasses could not be used. Dr. Tran is also unwilling to take responsibility. It's incredible.,

This has to be one of the best family businesses I have been to. Dr. Tran & his staff are very caring, honest, efficient, and friendly. We have been going to his office for over 15 years and will not go anywhere else. There's also a lot of great restaurants right in this strip mall so I can grab a bit afterwards! Thank you Dr. Tran and staff!!

Dr. Tran and the staff at Evergreen Eyecare Optometry are very accommodating and reasonable. I have very poor eyesight, Dr. Tran was patient with me in getting me the right corrective lenses.
