Great service! Receptionist are always so nice and are very thorough!
The doctor is always so sweet as well and makes sure you are comfortable with what you need and isn't pushy like other places, when I first got my contacts I was a bit nervous, but I needed a change since I'm always wearing glasses, they came quick & when coming in for a pick up they teach you how to put them in and they don't rush you which is nice!
But Overall I always have a great experience coming here !

The staff was very rude and unhelpful. They were acting very disrespectful to not just us but the other employees there too. We had gone in the other day thinking our glasses were fully payed for but they failed to explain to us that since we didn't buy them that day it was an extra $50.

I had bad experiences with her staff the past two times I came here. The first time one of them adjusted my new glasses and bent them out of shape. A month later the screw fell out and they weren't able to fix it properly. The second time I came for a routine exam, the staff member was clearly in training and couldn't work the machines properly. I now go to Silver Creek Optical (in Target) which is much better, the exams are actually performed by the doctor.

We have seen Dr Mindy Trinh for the last several years. We always have a pleasant experience. Dr Mindy is knowledgeable, helpful and patient when I have a million questions The office staff and assistants are always very friendly and helpful. When we need glasses they communicate in a timely manner for pick up and make any adjustments as needed. Love that they are close to home too.

I just called this business, on behalf of my aged and frail parent, to get their help in replacing a lens that had popped out of a frame. My parent has used this business in recent years for minor glasses repairs due to its proximity to home. This business told me they could not help me with this repair, and did not offer any additional assistance. Apparently they won't help fix your glasses unless you purchased your glasses there. Very unhelpful. Do NOT recommend.
