The administration staff, medical assistants and the doctor are all really kind and welcoming, and I can say this has been my best experience by far, highly recommend, everyone showed a great deal of professionalism and had warm and welcoming attitudes. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of care I received and will be coming back for eye care. Thank you to all the staff for my visit.

I've been coming here since I was young, and I can honestly say they never disappoint. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. What I love most is their transparency when it comes to insurance--they make everything clear and easy to understand, which takes a lot of stress out of the process. The service is consistently excellent, and they really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care!

I had a great experience with Dr. My Guino-O! She was very professional and friendly, and she took the time to help me on prescription accurately. The whole process was smooth and comfortable. After the exam, I was able to choose the glasses I wanted with no pressure, and I appreciated the help in finding a style that fit me well. I definitely recommend Dr. Guino-O if you're looking for a knowledgeable and caring eye doctor!

Do Not Recommend! The receptionist has a very bad attitude and not welcoming. The store still requires wearing masks inside - this is the end of 2025. Terrible!

i've been going here for eye exams and new glasses for about two years now and i have enjoyed it. i have my yearly appointments to do a eye exam and see if i need new glasses. the atmosphere is clean, comfortable and welcoming. the staff is friendly and nice. the optometrist are well trained and knowledgeable. i've been happy with their services for these past two years and had no problems and will continue to go here in the future.

Best Optometrist I have ever been too, and I have been a lot. Dr. Cindy Nguyen is very smart, she explained me very clearly about my prescription. I was really impressed. Then we had follow up appointment because of my eye issues and my number went down, and she explained me why. Dr. Nguyen is always on point and doesn't waste any time. She also treats her staff really well. The place is also very clean and receptionist always follow up on your appointment. I recommend this place to everyone

Will not recommend. They are not transparent with copays or what the insurance can cover. They will call you and they will change the prize when you're already at home. They are not sure what they are saying. You will need to speak up on what your need is if you want to be satisfied. Not thinking about patient, it's pure business.i will not even give a star.

I have been a patient at Eye Focus Optometry for about 5 years now and never experienced any issues. For my previous exams, I was seen by Dr. Cindy Nguyen and yesterday I was seen by her associate optometrist: Dr. My Diep/Guino. What really motivated me to write this 5-star review is the experience I just had with their office. I had my annual eye exam yesterday with Dr. Diep and everything went well for the most part. However, when it came time to pay for my exams and contact lenses order, I was shocked to see how much extra I had to pay out of pocket after my insurance coverage. I didn't make a fuss about it and paid it anyway as I didn't want to come off as a Karen and I understand how healthcare costs has inflated over the years. Today, one of the staff from Eye Focus actually reached out to me to let me know that I was mistakenly charged the wrong rates for my exams and that my card will be refunded. I really appreciated how polite and professional the staff member was with addressing the issue and how the office took accountability for it even when I had no complaints. It really shows the integrity of the doctors and staff at Eye Focus Optometry. I'm really happy with the experiences I've had with their office so far and will continue to have my annual exams here.
