Gloria Wu, MD

Dr. Gloria Wu's office is welcoming and comfortable. The staff are efficient and answer any questions you may have with no problem. My husband and I have been seen by Dr. Wu for many years. Dr. Wu does anything she can to help you maintain your vision. She's thorough, gentle and genuinely cares about her patients. She will take time to explain procedures and why they are necessary. She goes above and beyond. We would refer Dr. Wu to anyone we know who has eye issues.

I had a very frustrating experience at this office. Even though I have already met my deductible, they still insisted on charging me--something I haven't encountered at any other clinic. On top of the billing issues, the wait times are incredibly long. Most importantly, the doctor was unable to provide a diagnosis, which led to a significant delay in my treatment. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for efficient or accurate care.

Her professionalism and genuine care really stood out. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that she truly cares about her patients and their eye health. I left feeling confident, reassured, and very well cared for.

I will be reporting Dr. Wu to the California Attorney General. The office sent me recently a bill from 2023 with no explanation for why it took 3 years to bill me. They have continually ignored my calls and emails to resolve this. Do NOT come here - please find a different, honest provider. On top of this, Dr. Wu was horribly unhelpful during the 2023 visit.

I have been seeing Dr. Wu for the past 5-6 years. She is very good. The office and medical staff are very friendly and responsible. The wait time is very little. I would recommend Dr. Wu for eye check up and maintenance, especially if you are a diabetic.

Her office is incredibly well- organized and efficient. The teamwork and care are phenomenal. Dr. Wu knows her field well and is completely up-to-date with treatment. I recommend her highly to anyone needing eye care.

I am hoping that Dr Wu reads this and hopefully I can change it. But as it is right now! I am disappointed on how I was treated. I had heavy eye irritation and I looked up Dr Wu and was excited that I could see her. She said allergy and infection and gave me a topical cream to use and come back. Came back week later w watery eyes in left eye and after a very long wait, she saw me and looked in my eye and said I don't t know what it is!!! It looks like viral infection and no allergy but i have to send you you to another doctor who is retina specialist !! I was very confused thst a doctor w 30 years experience and saying on the website retina specialist passes me over to another eye doctor because "she dies not know what it is" strange! The other doctor said it is allergies and no infection... totally opposite.. and when I came back uo tell dr Wu. All she had to say is that idiom t charge you for it !!! That is very bad and I was in a shock! Too bad. I thought she was better than that the first omen issue her. I think she is very stressed and overbooked. As there was no room in waiting room and no sir to breath and she is always running around - sorry forvyipos as my eyes are still bad

Dr Wu and staff were amazing! This was my first appointment with her following an eye injury. She was so thorough and fabulous personality. She is my new eye doctor!!
