We've been coming here for eye exam for a few years. We appreciate Dr. Ngo - she's detailed and patient. She doesn't recommend unnecessary treatment and she explains the reasons for symptoms and remedies well. They're also very transparent with insurance and billing. Highly recommended.

With $200 glass they did not even give me a proper case to keep my glass protected.
Optometrist was more concerned about my blood pressure than eye sight.
Not recommended, quality has drastically gone down in past 1-year.

I accompanied my 91 year old aunt to her eye exam here and it was wonderful. The office is clean and staff are welcoming. Jason was very helpful, patient, thorough, and accommodating in answering our questions and figuring out which lenses to go with and working with the insurance.

Great Dr. who knows her stuff! Honestly the best eye doctor I have had yet. Will be returning every year!
Only sad part is about the selection of glasses. There really isn't that much and its expensive. I also learned there are no returns so we will be purchasing from somewhere cheaper. We couldn't return my spouse's pair after the frame was uncomfortable and even with insurance we spent quite a lot.
Still, I highly recommend for the doctor!

I have extremely high powered contact lenses and they're very expensive. They ordered a year's supply for a discount price. The supplier/provider did not honor the discount and the extra cost was passed on to them, which in turn would be passed on to me. They honored the mistake and the original price I had signed up for. So I received a year's supply of high powered contact lenses for a very small price, thanks to them. Thank you so much.

I have been a loyal customer in this doctor office for more than five years. Dr Ngo is the best doctor I have met in bay area, is very knowledge and sharp, she know what she is taking about. One thing is to improve is the selection of frames which I hope to expand more in the future.

The eye exam was outstanding, maybe my best ever experience as a patient. Very thorough, professional, quick and easy. I did not end up buying glasses. This was a combination of sticker shock (Zenni has ruined me) and fairly poor selection of frames in stock. If I had purchased glasses there would have been a $25 "materials processing" fee on top of everything else which was unexpected and a bit of a turn off.
