Just ended a call with Helen who claims to be the office manager and I have never met such an adversarial unprofessional. I had questions about lenses and frames and she was very short about frame questions, I told her I would come by and see the inventory and she said I must have an appointment, NO walk-ins allowed. She wanted to run my insurance even though I assured her payment was not a concern. I guess they are used to dealing with people that can't pay so she treats potential patients poorly.

Outstanding Optometry Doctors. I have been going for my eye exam to this office for a long time. Both Dr. Dear and recently, I had my exam with Dr. Salbat (if I remember correctly the name). They have excellent knowledge, treat patients friendly and have an outstanding attention to detail. Thanks!

I had my first visit last week and they are wonderful. I'm very happy with my contact fitting! The time the Dr spent with me was great! I did not feel rushed. The atmosphere is very comfortable. Me and my husband visited for our annual eye exam InFocus Optometry and were so pleased with our experience! Dr. Dear was so kind, warm, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with our annual eye exam and gave us so much insight on our eye issues. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful.The optical manger and the ophthalmic assistant Adrienne was very professional, efficient, outstanding, very very thorough, and pleasant all the way from start to finish. Adrienne have a good problem-solving skills and very genuine nice lady! I highly recommend this eye optometry, they have a great glasses selection, and an advanced technology!

I have been consulting here for my family's eye exams since 2019. I moved out to Seattle in 2021 but still come here to get my eyes tested. The doctor is very patient and friendly and the staff is very lively and helpful. The essence of being customer oriented is to listen to your customers first and that I always felt like listened here. I happened to visit here recently and again the experience was great as always. Adriene was very helpful and helped me pick my glasses and was kind enough to bear my tantrums when I was trying more and more glasses like a small kid. Jokes apart, she was very professional and lively and so the doctor as always. I was even given a same week appointment for my family which was just great. I highly recommend this place They always have great options too...

I've been coming here for over 15 yrs and they are always super helpful. The Dr is friendly and knowledgeable and the front staff is wonderful helping with fittings and frame selection.
