Karen Kallmann OD Optometry

Last year I had a great appointment here. The staff was great, and the doctor was very kind and thorough. This year, I called three times and left three messages over five weeks without a response. I stopped by the office and learned their new hours are 11-2 or 11-3 Monday- Thursday. I hope they are OK, because that is a huge drop in open hours. I stopped by twice more, during their open hours to schedule a new appointment. Both times their door was locked. I would like to come back, but I'm looking for a new provider.

Disappointing. The office hasn't returned a single call I've made to them since December. I've had to simply show up at the office in order to talk to anyone. I've been very patient but it has been three months since my last eye appointment and I still have no contacts to try and the pair of glasses I spent more money than I've ever spent on glasses, is sitting somewhere in their office. They were sent back to the lab once because they didn't work for me, but I took them back to the office again since they still were not right. Instead of returning any of my money or ordering a new pair, the office has completely ignored me. They said they would call me to talk about the glasses. I told them that I'd called three times and they'd not returned my calls, which was why I was there in person. I've called twice since then and still nothing. Currently this office owes me almost $500 or at least my glasses, a phone call, and a follow-up appointment. Very disappointing.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kallmann's for over 20 years. She and her staff have always been courteous and professional. They run on time and my appointments are consistent from year to year. I love going to see Dr. Kallmann and plan on staying with her as long as she is in practice.

Dr. Kallmann treated my cantankerous 90 year old father-in-law. He liked her! She was gentle, kind and direct with him. He received the best service and a new pair of glasses. He is happy and satisfied. He can see now!

I've been going to Dr Kallmann's office for years. Karen has been so great to work with and she now has a new Optometrist, Dr. Sura Hassan who has been wonderful to work with. They are both friendly, knowledgeable and they work with me and my insurance. They also have a great clerical staff.

My niece has been waiting on her glasses for weeks. No calls have been returned. When my sister went into the office recently, they told her they'd call her with an update. Nothing.

This is the best place I love it they always let me know when it's is time for my yearly checkup. Dr Karen is awesome and so are her receptionists I love them..

I've been coming to Dr. K. Kallmann for years. I like that the staff works with my insurance and me. The latest in styles for eye wear too.
