Khuu Nancy OD

I really like Dr. Khuu, she's very thorough and knowledgeable. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience with getting glasses made from her office. I ordered two pairs of glasses in March with the help of one of the ladies at the front desk and I've had to go back 4-5 times because the frames of both glasses were completely ruined. When I was trying on the glasses, they fit great. After they were made with prescription lenses, they are completely unwearable. One pair got remade twice, and the second pair was remade 3 times. Again, neither of the glasses are wearable despite being redone. The second time after they failed to remake one pair, I tried to return but they refused to accept it. They offered no help whatsoever and told me that they'll send it again to the lab. I asked how they are going to ensure that the glasses will be fixed, and the response I got was 'we can just hope that they fix it.' It's July, and I just picked up the glasses for the third time because it took them that long to get it remade. The result is no different and at this point I'm doubtful they can fix the glasses. The customer experience was truly awful and I'm upset that they wasted my money. I will not be coming back here again.

We have received excellent service from Dr. Pham and the office staff. Dr. Pham is very detail oriented, professional, and really individualizes her care. She explains her findings well to the children and their parents. We have been under her care for 8+ years and our family of 4 has gotten eye exams, a variety of glasses for different needs, and contact lenses. Absolutely no issues.

Had good experience first time in. Made appointment, had exam, purchased glasses. Doctor was very nice. And had a second pair i wanted just wanted to wait for fsa money. They wrote down frame number. Now the bad: Go in to get a second pair of glasses and use end of year fsa money. Went in two times and no one wanted to help me. Just stood they trying to make eye contact. So I leave and call to make an appoinment to buy glasses a week out because they are so busy. I come in 5 min before my appointment and no one helps me. Asian man comes in, he gets greeted before the door closes and they help him before even acknowledging me being there. I was going to say something but just let them help the man before me. Then a made up excuse of I thought you were already helped.. The place is the size of a shoebox and you are unsure if you helped me but did not want to ask.. Meh.. Three times and its a pattern.. Ya, never going back

Profetional, friendly and organized would be the 3 words I'd use to describe this office. I've yet to meet a more knowledgeable optometrist! The front desk staff are also very knowledgeable and were able to help with all my questions and accommodate my crazy schedule. I'd highly recommend checking them out if you're looking to make a long term relationship with doctor!

Thank you Dr. Khuu. I very much appreciate how conscientious and thorough you were with my eye exam. I'll return next year to keep up on my eye health.
