This eye care center is definitely worthy of the high reviews. Here they are very welcoming, patient, friendly, and make sure that you feel very comfortable throughout the entire process, especially during the eye exam which can be nerve-wracking for some at first. Great customer service here and attention to detail.

Dr and her husband are extremely professional, respectful, and great to work with. When I had issue with my new glasses (done at Costco), they were extremely helpful in getting my issues resolved, even though my glasses were made else where.

With the pandemic going on, it was hard to find an optometry place open to get my prescription renewed and get new glasses. I found Lexann Optometry online via yelp and google. Dr. Huynh was very nice on the phone. I was looking forward to this appointment. I scheduled an appointment for 10am on a Thursday and waited until 10:30 before leaving. No one showed up!! I even knocked multiple times as the sign said but it was dark inside. I would have stayed longer but I have a doctor appointment scheduled for 11am -- but that is beside the point. This should never be the case when you set an appointment with a provider. With the great reviews from other patients, I was reluctant to leave this review but it needs to be addressed. Maybe I'll call back and reschedule because Dr. Huynh seemed very genuine on the phone but I'm disappointed with how this first visit went. I'll update this review based on experience if a second appointment is made.

I've been through several eye exams here and honestly the attention to the details are what keep me coming back after 5 years. I highly recommend!
