Dr. Kwong is knowledgeable, patient and super friendly, I really appreciated that she took the time to explain all the tests and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. The clinic is nice, clean and modern. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Kwong/Lumen Optometric Center to anyone who needs optometric care.

Dr. Kwong is incredibly knowledgeable and explained every step of the eye exam. I opted to do a retina scan, and she analyzed the images with me, explaining what it meant for my eye health. Everyone is helpful and friendly, and I highly recommend this location!

I walked in for an eye exam, and Dr. Kwong was able to accommodate me. She's very patient, knowledgeable, and was able to advise me on what I needed the most. There were many different brands of glasses frames (Gucci, YSL, Burberry, etc.), but I loved these frames from Eco! After the eye exam, I was told it would take approximately 2 weeks for my new glasses to come in, and they arrived earlier than expected. My favorite part about these glasses are that they come with magnetic sun clips that accentuate the frames.

I had a fantastic experience here and Dr. Kwong was my doctor. Staff was friendly and Dr. Kwong made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain each step of the exam, answered my questions thoroughly, made sure I understood my options for vision correction. It took several sessions for me to figure out the correct prescription for me but she was very patient with me and very professional. I felt she really wanted to help identify the issues I was having with the lenses and never rushed me. Overall, highly recommend this place and doctor to anyone in the area.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tran. She is incredibly professional and took the time to clearly explain what was happening with my eyes and the treatment plan. During my retina screening, she made sure to walk me through the diagnosis, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Tran is clearly passionate about her work, and it made me feel confident in her care. The office is also very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Tran for anyone in need of an optometrist!

I had a fantastic walk-in experience at Lumen Optometric Center. The eye exam with Dr. Kwong was incredibly thorough, and I really appreciated that I didn't feel rushed at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that they didn't pressure me to purchase more expensive options. I was able to get both a glasses prescription and a contact lens fitting during the same visit, which was very convenient. This office is definitely a step above other places I've been to!

Incredible incredible experience with Dr. Kwong!! She is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My parents went in to do eye exams but they don't speak English. I had been nervous because I needed to do the translation but was worried I couldn't deliver the messages properly. But Dr. Kwong very kindly accommodated and spoke very good Mandarin when she gave instructions during the process. I only needed to do translations for the exam procedures and diagnosis afterwards. It took some extra time but we never felt rushed. Both my parents felt comfortable and relaxed in her care. They are very happy to know their retinal image came out well. Dr. Kwong also let my parents try on lens, and made adjustments accordingly so that they don't get dizzy with the new prescription. My mom hesitated about getting progressive lens. Dr. Kwong patiently explained to us how it might work especially for people who work on screens. She also gave specific suggestions but never pushed us to get glasses from their center. (We didn't get our glasses there but for those who are interested, I think the center offers great discounts now.) The office is clean and spacious. The staff was also friendly. I might switch to Dr. Kwong myself and would like to recommend Dr. Kwong to anyone who needs a prescription.
