I had such a wonderful experience here and I'm so grateful I found this office! Dr. Vicky Hsieh was incredibly friendly and patient, really took the time to listen to all my concerns and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed at any point, which is so rare at this fast paced world and I am so appreciated. I've struggled for a while because my previous optometrist couldn't quite get my progressive prescription and glasses adjustment right, so I was a bit anxious coming in. But here, everything was done carefully and thoroughly, and I finally feel like my prescription is truly right for me. I also want to give a special thank you to Scott, who helped me adjust my glasses. He was so patient and detail-oriented, making sure they didn't just feel comfortable, but actually fit correctly. That made such a huge difference for me. The whole team made me feel genuinely cared for. This was hands down the best optometry experience I've had. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to Dr. Vicky for five or so years. She's always professional, knowledgable, and helpful. She walks through issues and solutions quickly. She talks fast but is succinct, so gets you in and out the door quickly. I've brought my daughter here also to see Dr Brian and he's also very professional, knowledgable, and helpful. Perfect Pair Optometry doesn't disappoint.

We couldn't be happier and I have yet to see a more caring, incredibly detailed and professional and someone who has been with our family every step of the way through Orthok lenses, follow up visits and urgent consultations!!

This review is for Scott who fixed my prescription sunglasses. I felt a little intimidated showing up at an optometrist's office asking for help with fixing my prescription sunglasses where a screw came out (will be on vacation for a few days so didn't have time to order a new pair, etc.). This wasn't where I received my sunglasses initially, but I knew about this place since my husband is a patient and is nearby to us. When I entered, Scott immediately asked what brought me in and was super friendly to the point I didn't feel as silly asking for assistance. No questions asked or any judgment. He received my consent and understanding that there's always a risk with fixing. He was very attentive, quick, and careful -- and -- offered to tighten the glasses I was wearing! Scott is truly a gem on their team.

Both the staff and doctor are really friendly and do everything they can to provide an excellent service. They are very patient and take a lot of time to do the exams, provide advice and go through numbers and so on. Overall an extremely positive experience. I love their extensive selection of Tom Ford frames too. Can only recommend this place.

Handled an urgent issue expertly and made time in thier busy schedule with the same kindness that you're seen with the entire visit. Very knowledgeable and good bedside manner. Place was super clean and the staff was super nice.
