My experience yesterday afternoon truly exceeded my expectations. Laura, the office manager, was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The office itself was well organized, friendly, and clearly focused on providing excellent patient care. Melody completed my pre-testing and was thorough, professional, and efficient. She made the process comfortable and took the time to clearly explain each step, which I really appreciated. Lastly, Paula, the optician, was outstanding. She was incredibly patient and took her time helping me choose a frame that suited me perfectly. She was also very knowledgeable about lens options and helped me select what best fit both my prescription and professional needs. The attention to detail and genuine care shown by the entire staff made a huge difference. Every team member was kind, efficient, and skilled. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch service and an exceptional team.

Most inefficient front office staff. I save time by driving to a diff optometrist 15 mins away now. 20 mins to figure out insurance in general with no courtesy of front office. Never picks up the phone for appointments too. If you are retired this your place, if you value your time, not the place. Sad the business owner does not see it

I had a terrible experience. I had an appointment for 11am and got there at 10:50. They checked me in and did the initial exam with the assistant pretty quickly. But after that we waited probably 30-40 min for the optometrist!! They apologized and comped one of the copays. Then after the optometrist saw me they took an extra 5-10 minutes to figure out my insurance info and what i was eligible for. They did it in front of me, two of them discussing in front of the computers. 1. I dont understand why they couldn't have done this before when i was waiting for 30+ min and they weren't helping anyone else. Why are they having me wait more than i already have? 2. I asked them why they didnt tell me about the copay before the service and their answer was "dont you always pay that amount for vsp insurance?" As if i was to blame that i didnt know?? Like who remembers all the copays from open enrollment time?? That was months ago. It sounds like an unprofessional answer tbh. Needless to say i wish i hadn't gone there and i will never go back. I left the office around 12:15 and thats just the eye exam; i didnt even select or purchase any glasses or contact lenses.

I have to tell you that Laura was the best. She was patient with me. I had lots of questions and kept talking. She was very kind. It's very rare to find people like her and her customer service is impeccable. thank you again for your patience and for helping me with my God bless you

Dr Vu is attentive and professional. However this review is based on the fact that nobody at the office seems to pick up their phones during normal business hours and I had left 3 separate voicemail messages all within a week, 2-3 days apart. All of them were unreturned. I've never experienced a healthcare provider facility who does not return their patient's calls in a timely manner or at all especially when I needed to report back my feedback to Dr Vu about my trial lenses upon her request.

They broke the plastic tip cover. Now the pointed metal is exposed and the glasses are not wearable. The associate was very rude and kept say "Don't talk over me." I paused and listened to her explanation. I understood that I signed a damage waiver. Thus I knew they are not responsible. But when it was my turn to talk and try to find a solution, she tried to shut me up and kept saying "Don't talk over me." The least I was expecting was an apology and a solution to the problem. I was already on my way out when she asked me to leave. I was even ready to pay a few dollar extra for the plastic. The lenses costed me $180. And now i can't wear it untill and unless I fix it. Obviously i am not going back there.

The reception is very inefficient. They had confirmed me for a certain time and despite having a record of the confirmation their communication was very unprofessional and vague and seemed like they weren't on top of things. A couple of my family friends in the area confirmed they had similar experiences because of which they took their business elsewhere. Don't recommend this place.
