I just left this office and I had such a great experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Illian. She was so kind, welcoming, and had the BEST energy, you can instantly tell she genuinely cares about people. I also met with Dr. Huynh and he was wonderful as well. He was very kind, informative, and extremely knowledgeable. I had so many questions and he took his time answering everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. Even with a small hiccup during checkout, Illian immediately stepped in and made sure everything was handled and squared away. I had a lot of questions about my benefits and coverage, and she was beyond patient with me. Her tone is so warm and calming, and she made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Overall, such a great visit and I would absolutely recommend coming here. Thank you again Illian and Dr. Huynh for making this such a positive experience!

Took a pair of sunglasses (which I had purchased elsewhere) that had a frame with a lost screw. The store was kind enough to fix it for me! Would recommend!

Needed help with a repair for my glasses and Priscilla helped me out and was super kind and friendly!

My experience here couldn't have been any better. Priscilla Marrot greeted me when I walked in, even though she was helping someone else. My eyes were examined by Dr Linda Lin. She was very personable and explained everything she was doing. She was very thorough. I then went to look for frames. Priscilla Marrot helped me through the process of picking out frames and ordering my new glasses. I felt like I was talking to a friend. I can recommend this site 100%. Thank you Dr Lin and Priscilla Marrot. Corporate office take notice of these two, they represent your business and you are lucky to have them.

The doctor was amazing. Very friendly & personable. Best eye doc ever had. The staff could not have been better. I don't know her name, but she was an older lady & very helpful.Helped me with readers to fill out my paperwork, gave me best deal with my insurance. Also gave me a cleaner & case for my readers had. You cannot get better service than this place. I will continue to use them as my eye doc from here on out. When came in eyes were miserable. I couldnt see close up or far away, plus where itchy & watering. By the time I left , could see clearly & eyes felt amazing. New contacts were great .To top it off my glasses were finished in one day. Best service ever had.

This place gives you the runaround on new glasses. Tell me why exactly you can start out at a certain price and then complain long enough that the price is slashed by $75 or more? Then, there's the promises. I ask them multiple times if the glasses are going to be scratch proof? Scratch resistant, they're sure to correct me. Not two weeks later after I get them, they're covered in scratches. I DIDNT EVEN DROP THEM. Bring them back angrily, and say "what gives" and they give me a speech about "sometimes just your eyelashes can cause scratches". That was truly the end for me with this store. My EYELASHES are causing the scratches on these SCRATCH RESISTANT lenses?! What exactly do they RESIST scratches from if they can't resist EYELASHES? They replaced the lenses for free, which I appreciated. This place has fine enough customer service if only they weren't running a racket. Not two weeks later, my lenses are covered in scratches, yet again. This time I went to Costco to have them replaced, and a year later my Costco lenses are scratch free. I won't be coming to this store again.

I went to see the doctor for a routine eye exam, and didn't purchase glasses(I wanted to purchase those Bose Sunglasses that they don't sell). I paid for the eye exam, and expect to receive all the necessary information to get glasses as I had specifically mentioned I only use glasses. Of course, I don't know what all I would need. But when I went to get the lenses made for my sunglasses, the lens maker asked for PD measurement, which they hadn't provided. I asked to get that measurement from them, and they refused to do it for me unless I paid them extra money ($25). This is a very shady business. I eventually went to a costco, and got that measurement done for free, but this store lost my business forever.

I will have to give a single star since I cannot give none. This place is a joke. I was in here for an exam and was told that my contacts would be in and at the location in a week for pick up. I called after a week and was told that they weren't here but they would het an eta and called me back. No call. After a second week of no call, I called and asked if they were in, again, no but I would get a call. A third week goes by and I call. I was told they were here finally in. So I drive down there to pick them up. I was kept waiting a half hour while they looked for them. No apology for any or all the inconveniences and then they had the nerve to say I owed a balance. I paid in full the day I ordered them! I have the reciept showing paid in full?!. Never again will I go to this place.
