I've been coming to Site for Sore Eyes for years for both me and my son, and we've gotten so many amazing pairs of glasses and sunglasses over time. Every experience has been consistently excellent, and the manager truly makes it exceptional. From the moment you walk in, she sets the tone with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that every customer feels supported. She takes the time to answer questions thoroughly, offer thoughtful recommendations, and make the entire process feel easy and stress free. You can tell she truly cares about both the customer experience and the quality of service her team provides. I actually live in Los Gatos, but I will only go to the Stevens Creek location because of the staff. That says everything. The consistency, kindness, and high level of service keep us coming back year after year. We love it here and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I have been going here for years and have always had a good experience. Jennifer was the associate who helped me with picking out my frames and going over pricing and insurance. She was lovely and a great asset to this business! The doctor was amazing as well and very thorough with her exam and very friendly.

I took my daughter 17 yrs old who is autistic everybody there was very professional. They made you feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Lin was very patient while doing the eye exam with my daughter. I thought she was great with my daughter. Very happy with the service they provide.

Stopped by today to get my glasses fixed after I dropped them and popped out a lens. Jennifer was very helpful and efficient. Great service.

Lea and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting the perfect frames for my face shape and style. It is a great place to get eye glasses but the radio station they listen to it is annoying. I would recommend this place if they have music and not that annoying debating station all the time.
