7 months after my appointment I get a bill of $250 even though the provider is in network with my insurance. Turns out they did not bill insurance correctly and instead of fixing their mistakes, they are collecting money from me. Now I have to chase my insurance to chase after them. What is the point of this kind of a practice if they cannot even sort out billing correctly? Insurance says they put an incorrect place of visit code.

Dr. Paik did cataract surgery for me, and I couldn't be happier. I have the best vision I've ever had, and the experience was excellent. Dr. Paik explained everything to me, she gave me options about the surgery, and her staff was helpful, very knowledgeable, and friendly.

Dr. Jeanie Paik is great. I was referred to her by family members several years ago and I've been seeing her since. She is very knowledgeable and thoughtful in her treatment plans. She is the only eye doctor I will see.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Jeanie Paik for years for various chronic eye issues. We followed her from her last practice because we trust her. She is truly an expert in her field, and I don't feel comfortable seeing anyone else for eye issues. I know I'm getting the best possible care from her.

I recently underwent cataract surgery for both eyes with Dr.Paik. My case was not easy with severe dry eyes. Dr. Paik worked with me for several months to get my eyes in shape for the surgery and under a very tight timeframe. I appreciated Dr. Paiks patience and perseverance in wanting the most perfect results for me. She did not disappoint. She performed the surgeries brilliantly with successful results and it's been life changing. If you need get this surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Paik. The office staff and all the assistants are great too! I'm forever grateful.

Dr. Paik helped me out when my mom was freaking out about what turned out to be a tiny piece of dog hair in her eye (super painful). I appreciated how patient and empathetic she was during the ordeal. Thank you Dr. Paik!

I talked to 1 other location who didn't have any availability soon, but did not recommend this location and transferred me to Los Gatos. They also didn't have any availability coming up soon, so transferred me to this location. Now, i know why the one location didn't recommend this location and why they do have earlier availability. STAY AWAY! I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM WITH MY EYES BASED ON MY PHONE CALL. I called and said I was inquiring about eye corrective surgery and the person who answered the phone repeated it twice with confusion. I said "lasik" and she replied "oh, okay, I didnt understand you". So that's either concerning she did not know what that was OR concerning if she was giving attitude because I didnt say LASIK? Regardless, she sounded so confused about explaining the process and availability to me. I asked when their earliest availability is and she had to place me on hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes before disconnecting. A 15 minute hold to make an appointment is ridiculous. I ended up calling "Furlong Vision Correction" for friendly and prompt service.
