I like the doctor, the old man fixing the eyeglasses/frame and the old gal at the front, but the new gal at the front desk is absolutely something else. She is rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and irresponsible, which she forgot to write down the detail of the eyeglasses order, and claimed that it was our fault not to let her know that we want transition lens for the new glasses. She did not dare to look at me in the eyes when she said that.
