Target Optical

Its 9:15am. Sign says they open at 9am. I have already waited since Jan 2nd when I had a recheck and had to get my glasses redone. It took a month for them to come in and when they finally did I was unavailable to get them and now they can't even open in time. Will be the last time I come here if I can even pick up my glasses at this point being the can't seem to be open as they are supposed. May just ask for a refund at this point . I don't have time to keep coming back and forth for them to be at work when they should. Added after employee arrived at 9:25am to open that they don't open until their first appointment. SO how are WE supposed to know when your first appointment is. Need to do waaay better at your signage then as well as what your hours show online. Got my refund as I didnt want to deal with them anymore and taking a risk my new order being wrong. Staff is a 4 star btw cause she knew I was pissed at how things are running there. I honestly would not recommend coming here unless you have no choice. All the times I have dealt with this location over a 3 year time period everytime I go in for my annual check up the labs get my stuff wrong so decided while I waited for them to open this time I was done and got my money back.

I give this optical center a 5/5. They were incredibly helpful in assisting me in repairing my glasses. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a pair of new glasses or just needs one in repair. They are also friendly and amicable.

Dr. Wong & his staffs provided excellent service to me on 2/13/26 (from eye exam to contact lens prescription). Highly recommend if you're looking for accurate prescription with a new pair of glass or contact lens with discount.

Words can't express enough how coming here actually improved my quality of life. I've been to many eye centers and none took the time to hear my concerns about my vision still being blurry despite wearing glasses. My prescription never changed and none took the time to try more. I accepted this was my new normal, and stayed this way for about 4/5 years, UNTIL, I came here!! He took his time explaining everything to me, and actually showed he cared for my vision. He ran multiple test to see how my eyes responded and was able to ACTUALLY FIX IT! I was extremely shocked and happy because for YEARS I had been dealing with this and no one seemed to help or understand. Im extremely happy!!! This is definitely the new place I will be coming to, and the place my family will start also! Thank you!!!!

The whole team here are excellent!! Dr. Lam is very patient and answered all my questions and concerns.. I feel beater with what he showed me and taught me about my eyes..

So glad I ran into this place as a walk-in. The best eye exam I had ever gotten. Dr. Lam was the BEST! He was patient, thorough, and took his time to answer all of my questions. Will definitely bring all of my family members here from now on. Other doctors should take notes. 10/10.

From start to finish I had a great experience at the Story Target Optical location! Walked in and was impressed with the clean and well presented optical department. I was checked in by Itzel and she was very pleasant and professional! Dr. Lam was very knowledgeable and professional throughout my appointment. He answered all of my questions and did a great job explaining my changes in vision. Overall great location, professional staff, smooth experience, and highly recommended to all family and friends!

11am on a monday and its closed. change your hour sheet if you are not going to be open on time. wasted time coming all the way here for this.
