My wife and I have been seen here since early 2015. Dr Lee and Dr Burger, the receptionists have all taken very care of us!
They are super professional, highly respectful, considerate!
Before every appointment, we could get an email reminder, a call to confirm, and they always went through all the details with us with great attention and patience!

Disappointed After 10+ Years as a Loyal Patient
I've been coming to this office for over 10 years, and my entire family loves Dr. Walker and Dr. Buerger. Unfortunately, today's experience with the new front desk staff, Twan, was extremely disappointing. I arrived 14 minutes late and was met with a complete lack of empathy--he refused to accommodate me and told me to come back four hours later, even though the office was empty and a pretest room was available where I could have been accommodated between appointments. Patients often wait when doctors run behind, yet there was no flexibility or understanding in return.
The dismissive and cold attitude I experienced is not how loyal or any patient should be treated. Sadly, after years of trusting this practice, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
