I had a fantastic experience at Total Vision. From the front desk staff to the clinical assistants, everyone was professional, patient, and clearly explained every step of the process. I went in specifically looking for contact lenses to make my mountain biking trips more practical, but I walked away with much more than just a prescription. Dr. Mariel Viano is a true professional. She didn't just check if I needed glasses; she took the time to perform a comprehensive exam of my corneas and overall eye health. She explained how the eyes can reveal other underlying health issues--something I had never been told before at other clinics. What I appreciated most was that she never seemed rushed. In a world where most doctors try to see as many patients as possible, Dr. Viano took all the time necessary to answer my questions and ensure I understood everything. Her respect, kindness, and deep knowledge are evident. If you are looking for a doctor who actually cares about your long-term health and not just selling you frames, this is the place to go.

Excellent place for all your vision needs. I have been coming here over the last couple of years and my experience has been consistently top notch. Special shout out to Nancy for helping me choose eye glasses. Would highly recommend 10/10

10/10 would recommend! The staff was very friendly and accommodating right when you walk through the doors! Easy check in with the ladies in the front desk and they seem very knowledgeable about insurance questions so you wont be surprised with a bill. I saw Dr. Viano and I am extremely satisfied with her expertise. She was very thorough with her exam and answered all my questions. She is very kind and you can tell she cares a lot about her patients. I felt comfortable in her presence and know I am in good hands. I'm glad to have found an eye doctor like her and look forward to coming back next time.

I came in earlier this week for an eye exam and Dr. Viano was very thorough in her assessments. The staff on hand were very nice and welcoming. They went ahead and ordered my glasses and within a couple of days, have received them. Great experience all-around.

Had a great experience here with Dr. Bensbaa. I've got a few "quirks" with my eyes/vision; Dr. Bensbaa answered all of my questions with patience, honesty, and knowledge. We found a great prescription that works for me. Dr. Bensbaa set me up with a few types of trial contacts and I was stunned at the difference between my previous brand and newer options. Amazingly, the best-fitting lenses for me were the least expensive! I found the front desk employees to be helpful, friendly, and professional: I'm surprised that other reviewers find otherwise.

My Family and I had our yearly eye exam appointments at I- care Optometry and It was amazingly Awesome experience we all had with Dr.Chang and his staff. Dr Chang is the best optometrist.He's very thorough , patience, caring and super nice person. He made us feel like we known him for years, though this was our first visit with him.He loves to build relationship with his patients. Easy going person and very professional at the same time. We are so glad that we found him. Also great selections of glasses frames. Bianca help us to select our frames. Highly recommend Dr Chang and his crew.

PLEASE avoid this location. Such a RUDE staff they have at the front desk. During my eye exam doctor ended up also checking contact lens fitting. (I was not aware or told that your appointment is only for glasses and you might be charged extra) I came out and the front desk charged me extra 60$ for checking contact lens fitting. I told I was not aware of this. She is jumped at me with such a rude tone. Told me you cannot order lens later and also told me that we will not give you prescription for contact lens if you dont pay us extra 60. SAVE your mood and SAVE yourself from such unnecessary RUDE behavior and save your $$ Worst location and behavior!!!

Have been a patient of Total Vision Campbell for many years and switched to Willow Glen Total Vision and what a huge mistake! After my eye exam I was given the wrong Rx and have had to return several pairs of eyeglasses. After calling VSP they graciously allowed me to have a another eye exam and after visiting a different optometrist who confirmed I was given an incorrect Rx it's now mid March and am still waiting for eyeglasses I had to return and exchange for a new Rx of lenses. Total Nightmare should be the name of their business.
