Vision Eyeglass Repair

My eye glasses were badly bent from sleeping on it accidentally. Took it to a LensCrafters and they wouldn't touch it given how bad it was. Decided to bring it here for a try. The gentleman was clear explaining what he could fix and what the risk is. My frame is titanium. He also mentioned that if it's broken during the process, titanium can't be welded. He won't charge if it's broken which is fair. I appreciate his honesty. He was very patience answering all my questions. It only took him about 10 mins and he did his magic to fix my glasses back to its original shape, yay! Highly recommend this place for any eye glasses repair. Note: They charge a small fee for using credit card.

This place is great! It's a bit untraditional, as when I drove up, I found the storefront lit, but closed. A quick call though on the number on the door got me to the owner. She came out, took a look at my glasses, and told me that she could fix them while I waited. Ten minutes later and for a very reasonable ten dollars my Ray Ban's are as good as new. Excellent!

I had a fantastic experience here! I came in with bent and uneven glasses, and the small screws needed tightening. She fixed them quickly and professionally, and now they feel as good as new! Friendly service with super fast turnaround, and she clearly knows what she's doing. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely be returning!

Expensive and poor quality job not guaranteed, the glasses that he fixed didn't last not even a week, he wanted to charge me again saying that's not the say he repair and blaming on the manufacturer, poor quality costumer service... I don't know why COSTCO referred its members here. AND HE JUST DARE TO CALL ME AND HARASSING ME CAUSE I JUST GAVE MY HONESTLY REVIEW ON MY EXPERIENCE.. but not a solution on the poor work he did. You should've been honest since the beginning, tell me that you couldn't repair them glasses frame or just told me that the repair you did was just temporary.. should've have given me my money back..

was losing my mind today when i broke my glasses! contacted a handful of places and looked for hours and no one was able to repair my glasses but here. service was great, it was super quick and now they're good as new.

My dog accidentally chewed the temple ends on my Ray Ban aviators and I needed them repaired for my trip to Hawaii. I found Vision Eyeglass Repair online and visited their location to drop off my glasses. The repair was fast, the customer service was great, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely go here again and highly recommend.

Super fast and helpful, didn't overcharge our repair like other shops we tried that same day. Very nice as well!
