I found them to take the extra steps I needed, answered all my questions, familiar with my insurance, price comparison the best, and did not mind re-explaining. They explained : each step, very patient, very professional, really cared about clients needs. If I bought glasses online I would have missed the quality of glasses that work for me. I am very satisfied with my bifocals that match my eyes different needs. Before them Bifocals did not work for me. With bad experiences, I was prepared for another bad experience. Still came out best.

Doctor was rushed and didn't ask me if I consented to getting some eye drops left me with red eyes which is normal for the drop but it was a choice and he didn't ask me in the end i didn't want to do it and walked out with red eyes.

The lady seemed to be self absorbed in the computer. She claims I do not have the right code on my health insurance to entertain a visit with them. Call back next month. Dr. Park was nice on the phone. In person, the admin lady put the brakes on the visit.

Never answer, charge you immediately and then you have to be behind them to ask for your orders that they forget to submit and give you excuses that this and that happened, also wrong orders when arrived, it's just to much

I'm not in CA full time, so my usual optometrist wasn't available. Popped in to these folks since they are near the house. Had an emergency so I was sure to be humble asking for help. I've never had a service person make me feel more unwelcome in my life. This is a direct quote from the young lady at the reception desk: " you need an appointment first and we're booked out 6 weeks so I can't even help you. Anything else?" Me: do you know of another optometrist you might recommend? Her: "NO!" ...then proceeds to look at her phone. Went on line to www.eyebuydirect. punched in my perscription, had new glasses the next day for, literally, 1/4 the price at higher quality.

Good customer service. Doctor was very detailed. Front desk girl was very nice, helpful and explained to us what our insurance covers and other options on glasses they had that we could choose but not covered by insurance.

Cons: Front desk was rude until she found I had a good vision insurance. In addition, I waited a month to get my prescription glasses from them, I was told they send it to China to be done. When finally it arrived the glasses it was a disappointment because I couldn't see right, they said it would take me two months to get used to. I felt twice on the floor due to prescription being very different from what my eyesight needed. They never fix it, even though I kept going back to let them know it wasn't working. I went to another optometrist and I couldn't believe how good I can see with the correct prescription. Pros: Close to where I live

My daughter received glasses there to help fix her eyes and the whole time the glasses were too small. Why didnt they know that when we received them. But the receptionist was nice.
