Seems like a great place.. I called three times unfortunately, received three sets of information to be notified there would be no appointments going forward to the end of this month. Having foregone other opportunities elsewhere to get my child in, this was not the response I expected. Maybe a bit more communication amongst staff would be helpful. For some reason I was asked which insurance carrier I had first. Maybe that dictates availability here. My time is also valuable and need also warranted. Neither were respected or acknowledged. A systems upgrade only affects the systems...

Visiting town this weekend and forgot my contacts. Called 10-15 places before I got to this store. After checking my prescription they were able save my weekend and give me some trail contacts that will hold me over till I get home. So thank you to the gals that were working this morning, 9/14/24, I can't say anything more than that y'all rock and that this small gesture shows how good the customer service is here.

Great doctors, great service and they have a nice little area for little ones to play while they wait. My son seems to have issues regularly with breaking and scratching his glasses - each time, this office has been great about letting me know about the applicable warranties and insurance coverages that minimize my out of pocket expenses. This team is top notch.

I have been going to see Dr. Julie Ngan for many years! All the doctors are and staff are great! They really take the time to make sure you get the help you need. They clean up and tighten up your old glasses when they check them out, I appreciate that.

Everyone in this is office is such a pleasure to speak too. They're extremely king. Dr. Trainer always explains everything thing with great detail. I have been coming here for almost 4 years now & I do not think I will go to another office.

I've been a long time patient, but I am switching. Front desk can use some charm-school education. Message to their staff, don't be rude to customers, we have a choice of where to go.

It's a long overdue post. I haven't had my eyes examined for quite some time . I had a history of astigmatism before lasik surgery. Recently during the pandemic my line of work required loupes and a face shield . I was concerned that my eyesight was starting to change from those new safety precautions. Dr Kevin provided the most comprehensive exam I have ever experienced after years of eye exams in the past. He has a wonderful one on one approach with some providing educational information. Other optometrists are ready to sell you a pair of prescription glasses like used car salesmen. Dr Kevin has your eye health in mind and not pushy with his recommendations. Highly recommend !

Very happy with my checkup. Dr Trainor did a thorough exam and took his time to explain everything. He's been at the same location for 20 years so he must be doing something right.
