I would give zero stars if I were able. I experienced the most wonderful service on November 19th, but tonight, both employees were absolutely terrible and I left in tears. Sadly, I have to go back one more time to pick up a second pair of glasses. If there were a way to transfer to another store, I would happily do so just so I never have to encounter these two individuals ever again.

I walked in not expecting to receive such knowledgeable information but Kate sure did know what she is doing and I'm very happy that I went in and met her. My prescription is pretty strong and she recommended the best options to put on my lenses and helped me pick the perfect frame and my glasses look really nice and I have been getting compliments about them. A vision specialist by the name of Noura listened to my concerns then offered to replace them under Walmart's return policy. This lady was so kind to me. She understood that I was upset and concerned with my purchase then worked toward a resolution. Her courteous professionalism was absolutely outstanding!
