Got many pairs of glasses here over the years. They have many trendy and classic styles that I like. The staff is always attentive and helpful. I notice my lenses get noticeably scratched after a few years compared to other glasses I've bought but the lens replacement is also substantially less costly. It's fun to stop by and browse their frames when I'm feeling like an accessory refresh.

Not a great experience. We brought our kids here to order prescription glasses, and my wife and I clearly requested receipts showing our children's names for proper insurance filing. Instead, the receipts listed my name, making them unusable for claim purposes.
To make matters worse, the phone number listed for the store goes unanswered, and the 1-888 customer service line has unreasonably long wait times. I've now had to email Warby Parker's corporate support and am still waiting for a response.
For a company that specializes in prescription eyewear, failing to provide basic documentation in 2025 is simply unacceptable. Unless this issue is corrected, I have no reason to return--other than to return the glasses.
