I have now seen Dr. Heinrich for two appointments, both of which were very pleasant. The front office staff is kind and welcoming, and pricing is transparent. I'm glad to have found an eye doctor who provides clear communication and a high level of care, especially after less positive experiences elsewhere.

Dr. Heinrich (both husband & wife) are great. Just moved to this area and used them for the first time. I have never had an optometrist spend the extra time and put forth all that effort in making sure I had the most thorough exam that resulted in a prescription correction that no other optometrist found. They took a professional interest in making sure I received the best exam (with options) possible. Look no further Dr. Heinrich is really the best.

I've been seeing Dr Heinrich for over 20 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, he's thorough and very patient. He's an excellent OD. He has a calming spirit and is a great listener. I have referred family and friends who all agree with me. Plus he has a great collection of glasses to choose from.

My wife Emily went to the Heinrichs' to check out some vision problems that were not satisfactorily handled at Harvard Eye, and was delighted with the service she received. It's a husband/wife team that's been here for many years at the same location, and they are both very skilled, professional, knowledgeable, attentive, nicely communicative, great demeanor, and put the patient's interests first. No efforts to oversell products. Took Blue Shield vision insurance no hassles, only $15 copay. Office staff was likewise courteous and efficient. We will be repeat customers and are delighted we found them!

Dr. Heinrich was great. Very thorough. His office staff is not. I was prescribed glasses nearly a month ago. I never heard from the office staff that the glasses were ready. I tried to be patient due to the holidays and COVID. Finally I called and discovered that the glasses had been waiting for weeks. But Gabby, an office staff worker, misread my phone number and called the wrong number. She made no further effort to contact me by email, US mail, etc. She made no apology for her lack of effort. Only excuses.

I've been seeking a great optometrist since I moved here 8 years ago. The doctor and staff were amazing. Everyone was so patient answering all my questions. I know with my eyes my prescription changes slightly. I was convinced it didn't change much since my last exam, until I put my new glasses on. Wow! I could actually see the leaves on trees! Plus my glasses were reasonably priced. That's a first! I am so happy my search has ended well.

Based on a friend's recommendation I sent my husband here for an exam. They assessed his condition and made recommendations for progressive lens. The quote was $700 for glasses plus the $100+ exam fee! Absolutely obscene. I get that they need to make a living but that is a complete rip off. The same friend (who uses insurance there - we do not it would be cash) then said get the Rx and go to Costco. This was much better advice! For $209 he got basically the same glasses (progressive with tint during the day). I'm all for supporting small business, but c'mon guys! Oh and when he went back to get the Rx (because they refused to email or fax it to us and make it easy), they were very unfriendly and vibey. So unprofessional! I guess if you have insurance money to burn, go here, but Costco has great service and is affordable for the working class.

I love Dr. Heinrich and the wife Donna really nice staff mom and Pop store. I love the feel when you walk in really nice really good bedside manner really good staff. I highly recommend them like a mom pop store. Very good at.
