This is where my now grown children received excellent services. They were tested and fitted for all their optical devices at Bell Optometry Clinic when it was located on Washington Avenue in San Leandro. Staff very personable, knowledgeable and professional. The Dr. was equally pleasant and efficient. They were prompt and efficient. Most times there was little waiting. PpGlasses were made and delivered promptly and properly. Never had billing or payment issues. Loved the whole process. Here it is current day. The staff and Dr. remain the same delivering excellent care, most informative and notable service performance. My insurance is not up to date with upgraded materials used for eyewear/eyeglasses of this improved quality. So at this time I was unable to receive my glasses from Bell Optometry Clinic. However I did receive all the other amenities and my prescription. This is always a pleasurable and rewarding experience. I just wish I were able to purchase my glasses here as well. Maybe my insurance will catch up and cover my glasses of this quality soon. Thanks and good luck with your insurance company. Dr. Nguyen and his team did not disappoint. Tucked away in a small office in a plaza in San Leandro me and daughter felt welcomed, invited, and valued as patients. The team works like a southern well oiled wheel. They coordinate, communicate, and are committed to delivering A1 customer service. We look forward to picking up our glasses in two weeks and making Bell Vision our primary eye doctor. Bonus after your visit you can grab Sushi. Mexican food, drinks, ice cream, Korean food, and so much more because it's all right there in the plaza. 10/10

New patient here! I was nervous changing doctors after nearly 20 years going to the same practice. However, I was very impressed with the care and instructions of the staff members. Strong communication and detailed with each step of the process for a regular eye exam. They answered many questions and provides quotes for glasses and contacts. Dr. Acharya was wonderful and runs solid office!

Love this place! The doctor was so informative and the staff was great. I never wore glasses but need them now. The ladies helped me find the perfect pair and informed me on what to expect. When I lost a screw they fixed it and even adjusted my glasses so they wouldn't fall down. The process was effortless and they really understand customer service.

Great staff, very competent! Service was fast and friendly the options were really good. I have a giant head which is difficult to find frames in my size and they had them in stock!

The doctor who helped me with my early eye emergency was super kind, attentive, and professional! The team got me settled quickly and I got help right away. I'm so thankful because I woke up in pain and had no idea what to do! Thanks Bell Vision and Dr. Acharya!

Dr. Nguyen was extremely patient and professional throughout my whole eye exam. Im a bit shy when it comes to my eyes because my prescription is a high, but he made me feel good. THANK YOU ! Also his staff Jaylene was amazing, she gave me so much time to find the perfect frames for my face shape, after about 4 different options we found the one!! I will recommend this optometrist to anyone.

To begin people on the front desk is very kind and answering all your questions. Help you with all paperwork. Then the assistance are Very Sweet, en communicate With You, All the Time. Doctors are very professional. I recommend Hundred percent this clinic
