Me being a seasoned woman, I was a little nervous about getting cataract surgery, but Dr. Chirag Patel thoroughly explained the procedure to me, from beginning to end. After getting the first eye done, the second was a breeze. Dr. Patel is a very nice man and I felt comfortable with him.

Unfortunately I got some debris in my eye, that I could not wash out after one and half hours and multiple attempts. I called the office and they fit me in within 40 minutes. Dr Alcid immediately took care of the problem, informed me of everything she was doing along the way and my eye is back to normal today! Wonderful caring and competent staff on all levels from the front desk to the doctor!

I bought a pair of glasses for $700, and the frame fell in parts in less than nine months. I asked TURNER EYE INSTITUTE to help me claim the warranty, but after many back and forth and two months of trying, it still wasn't successful. In the end, I contacted the manufacturer myself and got a new frame. However, a new problem arose: the old frames were discontinued, and the supplier gave me a new pair as compensation. There was a slight difference of about 0.01mm between the new and old frames. This could actually be fixed by grinding the lenses or adjusting the fit between the frame and lenses, but TURNER EYE INSTITUTE flatly refused to help, saying they couldn't provide that assistance and that I would have to spend nearly $300 more to get brand new glasses. Later, I went to Costco and got new lenses for only $69. To be fair, their representative was responsive and replied to my emails promptly. However, for a customer who spent $700 on glasses that broke (from manufacturing defect) in nine months, their unwillingness to take responsibility was terrible. I will never get glasses from them again.

the procedure was short and doctors and nurses were all nice and professional but they need a lounge chair for the patient after surgery mot just be sitting in a wheelchair!! I paid $15000 for this procedure I think I deserve a lounge chair while recovering !!
