Rich Smith, the Vision Center Manager, is a HERO!
My 92 year-old aunt lost her glasses at her memory care facility and she is not reasonably capable of leaving for a new prescription, nor for a glasses fitting. Not only did Rich warmly help us with the process to update an old out-of-date prescription with the wonderful optometrist next door, Dr. James Phong, he found a like-pair of frames from the records they had on file, and HE DROVE TO THE MEMORY CARE FACILITY TO ENSURE A GOOD FIT FOR THE PROGRESSIVE LENSES/GLASSES!
A TOTAL HERO! Thank you Rich for your personal outreach, and thank you for having all her old records available too to aid in this process. There is no doubt that Rich went way above and beyond in his service to us. Thank you to Rich, and thank you to Dr. James Phong!

I had a pair of glasses, I couldn't fix the screw was too little or too big or something, but I didn't wanna break them. I brought him here to the optometry, and Walmart and Cody and employee helped me with my issue when he was done About five minutes later,he came back and didn't charge me a dime. I thought for sure. I was going to get charged something. I'm pretty sure if I would've went anywhere else. I would've got charged like 10 $20 at least. But this Employee went out of his way and made my day withGreat customer service. Highly recommend it for anyone who is not a Customer at Walmart optometry but I can tell You from my personal experience, the customer service is five stars. All the way. Thanks, Cody.!

Don't buy glasses here. After you pay for your glasses and you come back a week later to pick them up they'll make you wait in line behind brand new customers, new prescriptions, repairs etc. they won't even let you give them your name and grab them while other customers shop. They just ignore you. Its too bad because my wife liked the optometrist there and probably would have kept going back every year to buy for the whole family but after the treatment we received on June 16 2025 at 530 pm from a female employee we will never return.

Neda a employee saw us waiting for at least 10 minutes and told us she couldn't help us after waiting because she had a order ahead of time question is why didn't she let us know before hand instead of having us wait at least 10 minutes, Neda needs better training she didn't even say hello or acknowledge us.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! I'm not one to usually leave a review, but Cody went above and beyond for our 4 year old picking out her first pair of glasses. He offered toys and coloring to keep her distracted while we figured out insurance and price options. Their children's selection was exceptionally larger than two other locations we had previously looked at (making it fun for her to choose). Cody did not pressure us or up sell. I was highly surprised by the customer service at Walmart and plan on going there for further purchases!
