I was pretty nervous bringing my grandpa in for an exam, Jackie was amazing when helping my grandpa with his glasses. She was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for him to understand. She never rushed him and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the whole process.

Worst customer service. Placed an order for 2 glasses. Went to pick them up 2 weeks ago they had me waiting for 30 minutes. I asked what was going on still waiting for a pair. They finally said one pair was damaged and will put a rush order. 2 weeks later I call because I have no clue if my glasses are ready. I called twice and was placed on hold for a long time. They come to tell me that my glasses will be ready in another 2 weeks. They don't care if you need your glasses to see. No people skills Im never going to use them . Santa Clarita CA location.

I have been going to American's Best for over five years and never had any problems. Their customer service it's perfect and they will try to accommodate you to get you in for an appointment. Their prices are very reasonable too. Also, the best eye glasses & contact lenses technician there is Alexa. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am planing to stay and use American's Best for long time. Thank you American's Best.

If I had a future self that could've saved me the hours and money I spent at this place, i would've advised myself to avoid. This place was recommended to me by family, and at first I was excited because they had a wide collection of beautiful frames. After spent 2 years wearing these frames, they're clearly for the aesthetic and they are not durable enough for 24/7 use. From simply cleaning my lenses or taking the frames off my face, the arms would fall off like a loose screw. I've had to come back multiple times; And going in felt dreadful every time, i didn't know if I was going to get somebody who truly cared about their job or someone who just wanted to get me in and out the door. I've had very bare minimum customer service here, by workers purposely giving me wrong sized frames at full price since my old ones broke and shooing me off like there's nothing they can do, when in fact THERE WAS. I'm thankful for their general manager, she was kind enough to take her time with me 2 times I visited. Overall, if i had more consistency there as a customer, and not had to wake up every day dreading to wear my glasses, maybe I would've cut them some slack. I'm not one to leave reviews especially negative, but I feel doom every time I think about this place.

I came into America's Best Valencia with a pair of broken glasses. Serena helped me find a new frame for my old lenses. She went above and beyond to find a frame that fit the lenses that I had, she was wonderful. I would recommend this store to anybody

When I picked up my glasses I immediately told them they didn't feel right. They wouldn't do anything then, insisting i give it 30 days to get used to them as if I haven't been wearing glasses my whole life and I don't know what to expect. Well, 31 days later I called back because I work two jobs and guess what? They wouldn't help me because I only had 30 days to do anything about it. So now I'm stuck with glasses I can't use and I still can't see. Thanks a lot, guys.

Third time at this location and the service has been great every time! Friendly greeting, helpful staff, and great management. The manager (Alexa, I believe) is always busy helping and taking care of customers. She definitely knows how to manage a difficult situation and does it with a smile. Also appreciated the doctor recommending a new type of contact, which has been much easier on my eyes. It can get busy but they are always doing their best to get to everyone in a timely manner.
