The whole experience beginning with a warm welcome, Emma's guidance in procedures and initial tests, Dr. Tsang's thorough exam, explanations, options and assurance that my satisfaction was a priority to Lilly's expertise, patience, good taste and comprehensive breakdown of options and costs was exceptional. I highly recommend this establishment for their professionalism and friendliness.

I liked the doctor very much. He explained everything in detailed and the way he examined everything so perfectly and made sure the glasses I need will work well by letting me to use the temp glasses. I will definitely recommend him to anyone. He's very knowledgeable and caring.

Amazing office ! They were able to take me in same day ! ( cause they had some space ) The front desk to the doctor and even to choosing frames , EVERYBODY was so nice and understanding! And when it came to paying they were very transparent with the cost ! Definitely going to bring my family here for our eye care needs!

I was greeted with a very big smile by the young lady at the front desk who explained to me all the paperwork before I signed anything. Very knowledgeable and professional She was very gracious and caring as she took my eye measurements on the three machines before I saw the doctor. I was escorted into the eye examination room where I await the doctor. The doctor came in, shook my hand and we spoke about any concerns I may have had and that was before he started the testing. I felt comfortable right away. A little old school, which I appreciated and he explained everything step-by-step very caring, very sensitive and a little bit of old school if I did not say that before. And as I was picking out my glasses with the young lady, she was very Intuitive as to what I liked and she helped me select my glasses. The whole experience was very uplifting because as you know, none of us want to go to a new doctor and have to fill a cringe because something is not going right so if I could give them 100% they got 100% because they gave me 100% of their time, energy knowledge, professional and cared about how I would look in my glasses big plus cause you know if you can't see you need somebody to tell you whether you look good or it's not the right fit. If I haven't said it earlier, my experience was indeed a very good experience
