I was referred to Bay Eye Med Group by my physician who retired. The friendly staff selected Dr Babad who could not have been any kinder. After discussing traffic challenges he mentioned the Watsonville office which will be more convenient from Aptos. I'm very satisfied with the level of service I received.

Excellent easy to get to, plenty of parking. I saw dr hsei and Dr babad. Both were excellent. Seemed very caring explained everything in detail .an eye infection can be scary previously was referred there for cataract. .very easy experience. Staff very helpful too my regular Dr referred me there after saying I had cataracts that is where he went for surgery. Glad I was a patient there

Took an hour and ten minutes to be seen. The aide asked me why I was there? I said you have my chart you should know. My total appoint lasted ten minutes, I love my doctor he is the best but maybe look at the patients and tend according to the time needed? I had my own clients that I had to cancel. Person at the desk wasn't helpful.i busted my booty to get there in time!

I was given a form to sign to pay $75 for a prescription for glasses before I was diagnosed to see if I needed glasses. It seemed like a bait and switch because they never quite explained the order and reason for it. I already knew I needed glasses to read small print on menus because of cataract surgery and that hadn't changed. I was there to be diagnosed for diabetic condition as a routine visit
