I'm new to the Santa Cruz area, I was very happy when I found this place since it had appointments available in time and booking an appointment was really easy so I didn't panic at first. Dr. Buell was my doctor for my eye exam and I was very happy with the service since I was treated nicely. Everyone here was very outgoing and overall I loved the vibe. I was ready to pay out of pocket but apparently my school insurance covered most of the fees which was a life saver I didn't know my school insurance could cover it, but the receptionist informed me about it so I was very thankful for that. Overall I love the service here, and would probably book my appointment here when I need a new pair of glasses in the next 2 years.

Making an appointment and having an eye exam were convenient enough however there was an issue with my prescription. After calling and leaving a message, then calling again a day later asking for assistance, I have yet to receive a call back about the problem with my prescription. So unfortunately customer service gets a zero of five stars. No assistance or resolution provided.
