Dr Assil is very rigorous and thoughtful in his approach to lasik customizing the procedure to the person and their stage in life. I'm so happy I went to him for this vulnerable, but game changing procedure. And Dr. May within his office has been a great routine optometrist helping me maintain my eye health post surgery. I really appreciate his patient and empathetic bedside manner.

Dr. Assil is a remarkable surgeon. I have recommended him to friends and colleagues multiple times over the past decade. This was the first time that I had scheduled a consult with him since my original IOL procedure back in 2012. I have the utmost confidence in his skill and knowledge as an ophthalmic surgeon. Since the original procedure, I have retained 20/20 vision with no need for reading glasses or contacts! If you are considering any type of procedure to improve or restore eyesight, this is absolutely the surgeon to consult with. The thousands of testimonials speak for itself. Back in 2012 when I first met with him, I asked Dr. Assil how many procedures he had completed at that time; his answer was over 40,000! At that very moment, I knew I had found the right surgeon!

As my bathroom light seemed to be dimming I thought I needed a brighter bulb. But alas, I had cataracts that needed attention . Aging, YUCK. Went on Google, did a search, chose Dr. Assil. What luck. These guys are great. Found out that I needed retina attention (Dr. P--super) and decided to regain some youth with eyelid surgery (Dr. Adele - incredible - Look 30 now !) .. I wish. Enough said

I went to the Assil Gaur Eye Institute for a developing eye ulcer. I was so appreciative and impressed with Dr. Zokaeim's expertise. She helped my eye to heal quickly and was incredibly caring and comprehensive in her instructions and care. I am also so impressed with the support and administrative staff at the center. They called to provide reminders, reschedule appointments and support billing. They were always friendly and found appointments that worked for me. I can't say enough wonderful things and am so appreciative of how they helped to save my eye sight!
