Fabulous and innovative ophthalmologist. The son of a well know ophthalmologist, Dr. Troy Elander was on the teaching staff of the well respected Jules Stein Eye Institute prior to taking over his father's practice upon his father's retirement. Between them, the two Dr. Elander participated in many of the leading edge practices for eye care today. I have been going to their practice since 1976 and would not consider changing!
