First timer at this optometry office. Doctor Miller and his team have a very efficient - well oiled way of doing things. I'm excited to make this my primary eye care office for the foreseeable future. Thank you to Ethan and Jen at the front for making my visit hassle free! Make sure you ask for one of them when booking! They'll take care of you! They are also very well educated when it comes to insurances, passing down information to help me understand what my plan gives & how to maximize my benefits.

I finally found my optometrist on the West-side. Dr. Miller is truly amazing, incredibly thorough in describing everything, patient, and very knowledgeable. His staff is SO kind - Jenn and Ethan are awesome! Truly such a pleasure going there. I've never had such a positive experience at any other eye doctor. I'm so glad and will continue going here. Good doctor. Good staff. Perfect over all experience. Writing this for my mother in law since she couldn't figure out how to make a google account. She's been going here for 10+ years and in those years she has talked most of my family into making Doctor Miller their primary optometrist. I'm next in trying them as I need to make an appointment ASAP. Honorable mentions are both Jenn and Ethan at the front desk. Without their smiling faces at the front this practice wouldn't have the patient service they have today. Thank you both for always making it a good experience! I've been told to emphasize the importance of a strong staff, as they seem to have now, that they didn't have before. It makes all the difference in making a location great and keeping/forming clientele. Can't wait to experience it myself soon before my benefits run out this year! I visited this location this past Saturday and I can say with confidence that I was impressed. For a small 'mom and pop' optometry office, their level of knowledge along with frame selection is that of a commercial optometrist. They have a wonderful retinal photo instrument that the optician, Ethan, used on me. He walked me through how to navigate the machine and it was challenging, but with the instruction it was simplified. After Doctor Miller examined my eyes and went over my photos with me (Doctor Miller is absolutely amazing by the way), I had a pleasure to meet the office manager, Jen, who helped me pick out two pairs of glasses. I wasn't supposed to get two but with the styles they had along with Jen and Ethan's eye for fashion, I was hooked. Anyways, to make a good experience short, I highly recommend this hole in the wall optometry shop. They really know what they're doing!

#1 optometry office in all of Santa Monica, in all of Los Angeles I should say! Ever since I found Doctor Miller and his staff (Jennifer & Ethan), I have not had to worry about going without my glasses or contact lenses. They truly put patients first. I had no contacts with an expired Rx and I was worried for no reason. They hooked me up with a same day appointment AND I left with trial contact lenses to hold me over until my order came. Top tier customer service! SPECIAL shout out to Ethan for walking me through the preemptive tests they do such as the retinal images! I have a lot of anxiety so it was a daunting task that was made easy thanks to him. Thank you all. See you next year!

Great staff, great doctor, beautiful and clean store. Dr Miller was extremely professional and thorough, he really took his time trying to make sure I got an accurate prescription. The staff are really lovely's the whole experience is really positive. They also have a great variety of lenses to choose from. They also accept FSA and ESA cards. Highly recommend this Optometrist

Dr. Miller was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. After graduating from the Witwatersrand School of Optometry he worked in private practice in Johannesburg. Dr. Les Miller relocated to Philadelphia to complete a residency and earn his Doctorate of Optometry Degree in 1984 from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. After moving to Southern California he founded OPTOMEYES in 1993.
