I really enjoy coming here. It's on a cute quiet street with great parking. The office is always very clean with modern tech (and coffee in the waiting area). Dr. Kattengell is incredibly patient, professional, and personable. The pricing is clearly broken down before the appointment starts which I really appreciate in a business. One time a few months ago I had to go out of town unexpectedly for a family matter and they worked with me to make sure my contacts went to the right place even though the order was in progress already - no hard time or irritation from the person who helped me. Thanks PPO!

Dr. K is an amazing optometrist. She's very personable and is always offering new or improved options for me to continue ensuring that I'm using the best products and prescriptions for my eyes. She hears my concerns fully and is always working towards me being comfortable and happy. I look forward to seeing her for each eye appointment as I know she's going to give me the best options without pressuring me to make any one decision. She has useful tech and talks me through what she is looking at and seeing. She also has a great selection of glasses! Highly recommend!
