All Animal Eye Care

They were absolutely wonderful to work with. I brought in two litters of 11 puppies (future assistance dogs and seeing eye dogs) for their OFA eye exams. Everyone was super helpful in making sure the process was quick, non stressful and enjoyable for the babies. The clinic was clean, easy to find and the staff was great. Bonus that I actually got to go in with the puppies something many vets still aren't allowing. I would highly recommend them!

I recently contacted All Animal Eye Care in Larkfield to explore options for my pet's eye care. While I ultimately decided not to book an appointment due to the cost of establishing new care, I was truly impressed by their customer service. Emma, in particular, was incredibly empathetic and kind. She took the time to understand my situation and went above and beyond by recommending alternative clinics that could better fit my needs and budget. Her thoughtful guidance and genuine care made what could have been a frustrating experience so much easier. Even though I didn't end up using their services, I can confidently say that this is a team that truly cares about pets and their owners. If you're looking for eye care specialists with compassion and expertise, I'd highly recommend giving them a call!

Dr. Neumann is fantastic! She saved our young puppy's vision. He had a sudden neurological problem develop. She took us in as an emergency the next day. Everywhere else the wait was about 30 plus days. If it wasn't for her kind and immediate response and extensive knowledge, our Imhotep would definitely be blind, possibly brain damaged, or maybe dead. He is just 6 months old, and back to totally healthy. Thank you for everything Dr. Neumann

Everyone here is so kind and caring. They treated my boy as if he was their own and were so incredibly nice to me when I was a really worried pet parent. I can't express enough how incredible my experience has been.

Dr. Neumann is an incredibly caring and compassionate doctor. She was able to diagnose a rare immune disease in our dog, and treat her towards recovery. We are so appreciative that she was able to see our pet for an emergency visit during a busy work week, and take time out of her week to come in on an off day. She has been extremely accommodating, responsive, and has gone above and beyond what would normally be expected - demonstrating her true commitment towards the health and well-being of the animals she treats. We are so thankful and appreciative, again!

This doctor only cares about money. I brought my dog in for a consult to possibly have a "mass" on her eyelid removed. While we were being seen by the doctor (less than 10 minutes), the doctor decided to do an "eye exam" that I didn't ask for so she could charge me $150 for the visit that day. She told me my dog would need her mass removed and that it would cost $485. I said ok and brought my dog in for surgery two weeks later. When I went to pick up my dog the total came to $500. Why the extra $15? Because they gave her antibiotics. Um..you mean you didn't foresee her need for antibiotics when you gave me the original quote? It's standard to give antibiotics after surgery. I let that go and payed the amount. They want to see my dog for follow up in two weeks. Typically the charge of any surgery includes follow up care. Not at this place!!! When they called to confirm my appointment, I asked if there would be a charge and not surprisingly, they said yes. No doubt they were planning to gouge me for another $150, making my total payout for a tiny mass removal $800. No thanks. Hopefully my dog heals up good because I refuse to give that money grubbing doctor another dime. On top of everything else, the doctor just called and left me a nasty voicemail. Do not take your animals here unless you are rich.

One of the things I noticed about Dr. Sylvia Neuman was how much direct attention she gave to my dog. In that exam room, no other dog mattered, at that time, only Gus. She genuinely loves dogs and that allows her to love her work. Her devotion was apparent and I believed everything she stated because of her commitment to her patients.

Dr. Neumann is a wonderful vet and person. She is experienced, empathetic and genuine, you can tell she loves animals and her job. I will be forever grateful that we found her, thank you!
