I too waited 15 minutes for a 9am appointment. Dr walked in late.....$230 for an eye exam and quoted $850 for glasses....I don't think so! Asked for my prescription and was told it would be mailed to me. Had to call a week later regards where is my prescription, only to find out it hadn't been written up. Exorbitant pricing, lazy service. Never again will I use Bennett Valley Optometry!

Partnered with a terrible LASIK company. One of their (BVO) partners advised me to not proceed with corrective surgery. Another one assured me it would be fine. Don't let this practice damage your eyesight.

Absolutely can't stand it! 15 freakn' Minute wait every time!!! I didn't change because I gave them a pass the first two visits, but three straight fifteen minute waits is enough. Check it out for yourself. Call it the 15 minute challenge.
