Bradley I Hall, OD, PC

I have been seeing Dr. Hall for many years now. I am always impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, thoroughness and patience. He will listen to concerns and offer solutions. I have never felt rushed while there and always felt like my vision was a top priority. Dr. Hall is one of those rare individuals who truly seems to take pride in what he does and his expertise is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!!!

I want to start this review by saying Dr. Hall is one of the best doctors I have ever had - he is both good at what he does and very kind and pleasant. I feel like he knows me well, and I have made sure to always stay with him when it comes to my eye care. He alone would make this a 5 star practice. The only thing that made me lose a star is one of the front desk staff who has dark curly hair. I work at the front desk of a vet hospital and I have been screamed at, cursed at, ive had people pound on the door upset I was on my lunch and also tell me I was the reason their dog was going to die if I didn't make them an appointment. So I know that customer service can be very hot and cold, either very rewarding or really hurtful. But if you start to get to the point where you are expecting every client interaction to be negative and therefore you are inconvenienced by clients every time they ask for something, it's time to take a break from customer service. And that is what I get from my interactions with her. My hours make getting to their office hard - i called in the AM to see if the voice recording said they'd be closed for lunch and it didn't, so i asked my manager if i could take a longer lunch to get my rx trials. I drove out there and the lights were off and the door was closed with the closed for lunch sign on it. They were both sitting there in the dark eating their lunches which is fine - but when I take my lunch, I hide. Otherwise people like me will try and get help. I just needed to pick up trials so I shouldnt have, but i knocked on the door and pleaded for help. The girl im talking about in this review pointed at the sign then turned away and started throwing her arms in the air complaining about me, the other staff member looked up to see the client she was complaining about and looked down. I realize I shouldn't have knocked, and my sheepish face said so, but when I vent about clients, I at least dont do it in front of them. I would have complained about that interaction too, but her throwing her arms up in sass while I could see her just sucked. I then walked away called my manager, no answer, i then called dr hall's office and left a message asking them to mail it. She called back while I was driving back to work and said they could or they could leave it with the optical department and i could pick up later. I said im driving do you happen to know their hours? She said "im not employed by costco so you'll have to google it". When i went to report that the adjustment to the shape of my contacts was uncomfortable before this whole thing, she tried to make me an appointment and I said oh no Dr. Hall just told me to let him know if the new rx didnt fit because I was borderline for the new adjustment. She tried to make an appointment again i said i could only do mondays, she then said she'd send a note to dr hall but she didnt know when he'd have time to get to it. I said ok thanks and left. I get what she was expecting, that i wanted service instantly, but I didnt say that nor did I need it. What a whiplash of both understanding why those interactions went the way they did and being bummed as a client that someone is just expecting me to be unpleasant before I have been. I shouldn't have knocked, the world doesn't revolve around my schedule, but I have handed people theit prescription before or at least looked up the hours of an outside department for people even though it took extra time. I have looked up phone numbers for businesses not any way related to ours for a lady who didnt have a computer, I have talked to an elderly woman in a wheelchair who is housebound about flea prevention for 20 precious minutes because I like doing that because even if you aren't giving them an appointment you at least still get to have a positive impact on their day. I feel like a crummy client writing this review I just really needed to. I can go somewhere else, but I adore Dr. Hall that it would be tough. So there you have it.

I started going to Dr. Bradley Hall quite a while ago. Dr. Bradley Hall is thorough, professional, and very kind. Not only do I go to see him,My family now goes to see him. My sister who is 62 think he's wonderful. He has also seen my two grand nieces one of them is nine the other one is five. He was excellent with the children. He is an extremely patient man and a wonderful doctor. You cannot go wrong by seeing Dr. Bradley Hall.

I have seen Dr. Hall for over ten years. In the last two years I have had other eye coverage and have seen other local eye physicians. Today I returned to Dr. Hall because he is simply the best eye doctor I have ever had. He is thorough, kind and knowledgeable. He has helped me through some complicated eye problems. I trust him completely, because of his talent and ability. You will LOVE Dr. Hall. Go and be amazed!

Dr. Hall was very knowledgable and helpful in checking my refraction and getting the right prescription for my glasses. I have trouble focusing both eyes together and he suggested that I have a small amount of prism put in my lens prescription. What a difference that made. As soon as I put on the new glasses, my vision was clearer than it had been in 30 years.

I can't even express how grateful I am for Dr. Hall. I've spent 3 years with constant migraines and extreme eye pain. I saw 4 other optometrists and an ophthalmologist (between both Napa and Sonoma counties) to no avail. I was treated for dry eye, astigmatism, given new glasses, one gave me contacts....This is the first doctor to put prism in my eye glass prescription. I have been free of the eye pain/migraines ever since I saw him and am back to reading and working on the computer. I am also only 34yo and driving was getting difficult. I had almost lost faith and am so glad I didn't because he truly gave me my quality of life back. He found the problem that so many others didn't catch.

Always the best equipment and service .... A real gentleman .... So rare today...

I've had several eye exams here and it's always fast and accurate. The doctor is great and very knowledgeable. I recommend him very much.
