I cannot recommend Dr. Madeline Ripa highly enough! I recently visited her regarding a pterygium, which had been causing me some anxiety. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, thoroughly explain my options, and address each question I had. Her professionalism and care instantly put me at ease. I truly feel like I am in the best hands possible. I couldn't have asked for a better ophthalmologist--Dr. Ripa is simply outstanding!
I feel so very blessed to be under the excellent compassionate care of Dr. Shah. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable and kind. She is dedicated to her patients and the less fortunate, so giving of her time and expertise. She is one of a kind. My peace of mind has been restored under her care. My vision greatly improved.
I've been coming here nearly 10 years. I have always been impressed by the level of professionalism and dedication the staff has shown.
Recently, I was fitted for a a pair of Oakley glasses. They never worked out. I had to come in several times for refitting and repairing. Ultimately, the staff, not me, suggested a no cost replacement with a different pair. They arrived and I am very satisfied.
Customer for life
First of all I had to work through the new AI phone system. It was so good that it gave me an appointment on the same day! Next I got in quickly and Hailey was a great person to work with for all of the preliminary tests! I hate having my eyes dilated but you do what you have to do. Doctor Alsamarae was welcoming and quick to get things done. One odd thing is that you don't get your prescription for glasses when you check out. You have to go to the eyewear department to have them print it for you. Of course this is a sales ploy, but Jill in eyewear was super knowledgeable and helpful even though I had no plan of buying glasses there.
The interior architecture of this office is like state of the art, totally a maze ing.
They need much better signage on the outside of the building to be seen by those who are arriving in the parking lot.
My son came here last week for a Social Security Disability appointment. This office was clean, organized, and the staff was very nice. A special thank you to Dr. Abramson who spotted something wrong and sent him back to his regular eye doctors. They caught something serious because of him!
I'm not sure if this office uses a call center, but I called twice and had a very bad experience both times. The guy who answered (had an Indian accent) seemed irritated from the start, showed no sense of customer care, and on the second call he actually hung up on me.
This was especially upsetting because I was calling due to an eye emergency, and there was no urgency, empathy, or willingness to help whatsoever. The lack of professionalism is gross.
I strongly recommend reviewing how your phone calls are handled, as this type of experience will drive potential patients away.
Dr. Ni is awesome! She is very caring, kind and has excellent communication with her Patients! All the Techs are great, and in particular Erica is very nice and caring! My family and I really appreciate the excellent care we received! Highly recommend! Thank you all very much!
