What I'm wondering is that since they book your yearly exam a year ahead, do you still get charged for the visit even though you forgot to cancel it? I received a phone call reminding me of the appointment, but had decided not to go back because of my experience. I loved Dr Middleton, but was disappointed with the dr that took over. The office girls were great but I felt rushed, and repeating myself constantly, I didnt feel like it was an adequate exam. A year ahead booking? What if a person moves?

I have been a patient of Dr. Middleton and Family Optometry for over 8 years. The doc is one of the best, he always explains everything thoroughly, i never feel rushed and he is one of the nicest people I've ever met. The other staff are always warm and friendly and provide great service and timely repairs with my glasses if needed. Highly recommended.
