I had a very good experience with Lenscrafters Santa Rosa and the in house optometrist company (Dr. Courtney Ray Professional). Dr. Jasmine Nguyen was excellent. She took great care to give me the best correction possible, including an Rx for computer work. Personable and caring. I highly recommend. The Lenscrafters staff were knowedgeable and very helpful.

One of the screws came out of a pair of my favorite sunglasses (from the Diff brand) and I brought them in here and asked if they could fix them and they found the perfect sized screw to replace it at no charge. So thankful I don't have to throw these away!! Thank you the the gentleman who helped me. Much appreciated :)

I've been in the customer service industry for almost 20 years. I've visited this particular LensCrafters twice already and each time I'm amazed of the customer service that both Susan and Tracy have given. Ownership and management should give these two a raise!

Dr. Jasmine Nguyen is wonderful. She's helping me work through some issues with my new multifocal contact lens prescription. I've been really impressed with her determination to get it right and her taking the time to explain things along the way. She seems to truly care about her patients/customers.

Absolutely horrible service from the manager. Spoke with the nice sales associates who told me the manager would get in contact with me about my brand new glasses, which I paid $450 out of pocket for, had warped. My glasses (which I use to drive) I usually keep in my car. Nobody ever told me the heat can damage the lenses. Never had this problem before in 20 years of using glasses. The manager never contacted me. I called back after two weeks and he totally dismissed me. Didn't even acknowledge that he was supposed to get in touch with me about this. Told me there was nothing he could do, blamed me for the broken lenses even though nobody told me what could happen, told me I should have known not to keep glasses in the car, then said he had to go because he was with another "patient" (?). Couldn't give me the time of day, kept interrupting me, totally dismissive. I've happily bought new glasses every year out of my own pocket at this LensCrafters for the past several years. I've gotten eye exams every year. Great service from the techs/doctors/salespeople. I will never go back because of how rude the manager was. And everyone in my family will also not be going there. Great way to lose business

Allan is an excellent manager for the Santa Rosa location. The team was flexible, professional, responsive, and helped me get what I needed efficiently.

Susan and Bob( Santa Rosa Plaza Location) fixed my glasses ( two pairs) within 5 minutes. They went above and beyond my expectations truly delivering a " Wow Customer Moment". This was my first experience using Lens Crafters and i couldn't be happier. I will definitely be back. Thank you again Susan & Bob.
