First this office appears to have scheduling issues...our appt. was 2 1/2 hrs. long...in talking to other patients in the waiting room I was advised this is the norm! Finally see the Dr...I am 73 years old and have met numerous Doctor's in my life, never one more rude, showed 0 compassion, respect or bedside manner! He spent maybe 15 minutes...spoke in Dr. language & when asked what he was talking about he told me to Google it...REALLY!

Outstanding vitreoretinal surgeon, and I'm so glad someone of his skill level is Available in Santa Rosa. I had a detached retina, and he was able to see me the same day, and was willing to have me operated on by his colleague that same day. He would up doing the surgery personally the next morning and restored my vision completely. Very caring, thoughtful physician and explained everything thoroughly. Great technical skill using state of the art instrumentation..Highly recommended. Great follow up.

Our appointmet was scheduled at 3:10 P.M. the time now is 4:50 P.M. and we haven't seen the doctor yet. The office is cold and the staff are aloof to say the least.
Dr. Schlesinger is amazing surgeon with an impressive background, however, his regard for patients waiting for 2 plus hours doesn't seem to be a concern of his. Still waiting and it's 4:55 P.M.
