Came here for first appointment after switching from last provider. The office staff were friendly and really helpful. Jackie pulled out a lot of different frames and asked questions about the style I prefer to make things easier. Monique was also super helpful with check in and updating information and was very quick too. Dr. Diaz is so kind and informative. She answered any questions thoroughly and honestly. Good experience.

Have been coming here for years and love it! Exams are thorough, doctors are so kind, offie staff is amazing and so helpful. iPad check-in is so quick and easy. Plenty of parking too! Highly recommend a visit to this office.

Let's start with how amazing the people working here are. First the welcome you with a nice country welcome. The Techs have a great knowledge of the trade and also try there hardest to work with your insurance to make things right and don't hide anything. Amazing people. Second the Doc; I have never in my entire life met a master of his trade as he is. Not one time in my life has an optometrist help me with my vision. This Doc literally adjusted the options and goes " this is better". Instantly breathless!!He was absolutely correct off the bat. Literally switched to options that were spot on for me.Please take a little of your time and just experience sight! This place is a diamond in the rough and couldn't be happier!

The start of any review is often about the people you meet when you walk in or what's around the area and to put it simply i could not think of a better place to visit for an eye appointment for many more reasons. To start, the staff are extremely friendly and if you engage them in conversation it could last awhile since they take a genuine interest it what you talk about. I went in to check if my glasses had arrived and struck up a conversation that lasted over 20 minutes since we jumped from one topic to another which was quite refreshing. Not only that but there's also a great sandwich shop a 30 second walk down the way and a petco right next to it with a grocery store on the other side so you can find food not only for yourself but also loved ones all in one small area. However I digress and should be getting back to the review now. Not only are the staff a joy to be around but the doctors are also extremely helpful in so many ways. They give you great advice when it comes to eye care but are also just so gentle when it comes to treating them. Dr. Grazian is a pro when it comes to taking out contacts, if you're more comfortable taking out your own contacts then of course they let you do it but when I was younger and had trouble with them he would pluck my contacts out without me feeling a thing and extremely fast as well. Truly a great doctor who knows exactly what to do. Dr. Diaz is just as great and we spent a good deal of time talking about my contacts and how to better the experience, she even gave me some pads to help clear my eyes before I go to sleep so I don't wake up with a bunch of gunk in them. Not only that but she also turned the computer toward me to help me understand even more about what was going on with my eyes by showing me examples and really talking about every facet of the issue. Plus she even went back and studied 5 years of my eye exams to see if I'd be a good candidate for lasik eye surgery and informed me that if I keep taking care of them and my prescription doesn't change too much I could be in the chair getting it done within 2 years. To top it off she did all of that off a half hearted question I had since i was told long time ago I couldn't have lasik surgery. To end off this review before it gets too long I will simply say this. Everyone you meet here will take care of you to the best of their ability and are more than willing to have deep conversations unless there are people waiting. I could not recommend a better place to visit for a through check up and good company as well. Hope everyone has a fantastic day!

I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Go figure I have insurance through Medicare and I ended up paying much more for a Mickey Mouse brand pair of glasses. I took my new glasses prescription to order an extra pair of glasses on a different place I just had a bad feeling about this place, guess what, not only I paid much less without Insurance but I got a top brand Ray-Ban transitions and ready in a week I already got them. This jokers at Santee Vision Care Center, not only ripped me off but the glasses are not even ready yet it will actually take 3 weeks or more for the glasses to be ready and they told me 10 days. As a dessert I am not allowed to get frustrated about it, I told them this was unacceptable they got offended and is everyone's fault except them. The woman and the guy in charge of ordering the glasses for customers, EXTREMELY RUDE. Not only I am giving them a 1 star review but I will actually report this place to the insurance company. This is not a way to treat and scam seniors like me.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating for all your eye needs! If they take your insurance, this is the place to go!

Dr. Grazian is without a doubt the best I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. He's kind, caring and an absolute professional.

From start to finish everyone and everything was amazing. I usually am always disappointed when leaving an optometrist office because I know my concerns are usually never heard and I am always treated like I don't know anything. They also always try to upsell and I end up paying more than I should but this was absolutely not the case at this office. Everyone was very informative and Dr. Grazian was extremely helpful and gave me different options based on my concerns and my unique need. The front desk was also super nice and gave me the best outcome when using my insurance and was never pushy when it came to add ons. This is what an optometrist office should be and will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!
