Went in for an appointment. Doctor Jacob's was very knowledgeable and very professional. Got the job done with no wasted time. I have no complaints. It was very clean and the clerk was fantastic. She was able to help me get what I needed. The selection was good but not extensive. The prices were expensive and the store is hard to find. I recommend making an appointment. Jacob had so much patience adjusting my daughter's frames on her glasses. Both pairs were slightly off, but with a thirteen year old, that's a big ask to get them back just right. Took the time needed to fix them, and made her extremely happy before school starts back up. Highly recommend!

A little pricey for Ray-Bans but really worth it to visit! I'll be coming back to this store specifically for the customer service.
