Waited over a month for an appointment. When I showed up they didn't have my appointment because their system had gone down and they had already booked the day. Said I could sit and wait around which is BS since I had to leave work for my appointment. Maybe have a paper back up so people are not inconvenienced when your system goes down.

I will no longer attend this office for eye care. I had fallen and broke my new glasses, I went in almost a month ago to get them replaced and still no word on my glasses arriving. I went into check to see what's the hold up they're sitting at the lab. Because of the fact I'm on Medi-Cal I have to wait an extra two weeks before I can get them. Such nonsense I need my glasses to drive I haven't been able to drive, I can't read a book let alone read anything else without them. It's bullshit how people get treated when they don't have money to fork out. I'm done with this office I'm going to get my prescription and go else where, maybe I'll get my glasses faster.

Horrible experience and will not be going back. Cancelled my Appt by voicemail the evening before which I did not get because I work late. Showed up after an hour drive to get here only to be told they can reschedule if I want. I asked if they could at least repair my prescription sun glasses and was told no. Their low rating is well deserved. If your time is important to you... avoid this place at all costs!

Warm and welcoming staff, and vision exam was very thorough! Dr. Galli showed care and concern for my eye health. She clearly explains eye exam results, and educates using pictures and diagrams. Good selection of glasses, and staff was helpful with choosing ones that look good on you. Great wheelchair accommodation too! I highly recommend visiting this new MACT Optometry facility!
