if i could give this clinic 0 stars i would. i have also filed a complaint with the BBB(better business bureu) this clinich has very bad customer service as well as untrained professionals. starting with the person who answers the phone to dr. i called and asked for information and pricing for cataract surgery for my grandfather that would pay out of pocket. he is 87 yrs old and what they did was wrong. i asked for specific cost as well as an appt. they gave me pricing and at the first appt they turned him away bcuz he did not have a referral and they asked him nuemrous times for his insurance so he was turned away. i called and rescheduled the appt. MY GRANDFATHER came in to second appt and there was seen...BUT was given a different price for a cash patient surgery cost from the dr. it was 3 times the amount of what was quoted at the initial call and request. this is unethical and they do not want to refund the waste of time and consulation to an 87yr that paid for WRONGFUL information. if we would have been quoted that amount at the time we called and knew that was out of the our budget we would have not went there and continued to look elsewhere for service....but THE FACT THAT THESE SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS AND NURSES THAT CLEARLY DONT KNOW THEIR SERVICES AND cost is wrong. i demand a refund. please do not come here and get services because they do not know what they are offering. and rude.

The staff is really friendly but the wait time is always over an hour & a half with an appointment. It's always overcrowded, I do not recommend.

The service is not good because they give an appointment and make you wait 2 hours after the appointment time.
